Prices of the products on our website are shown in Euros or GBP. Shipping costs that will vary depending on destination and product.

Orders shipped to non EU countries are subject to various customs charges and taxes. These should be paid by the customer.

Payment of your products

Payment methods: Paypal.

You should pay in the currency Euro or GBP.

We will not process your order until full payment is completed and confirmed.

Delivery of your products

We ship worldwide.

We will deliver your products to the address indicated on the shipping address section.

If you have ordered several products at once, we may deliver on different dates, depending on availability of each.

You may cancel your order at any time before delivery of the product by sending an email to sales@newrockworldwide.com and indicating your order number. We will automatically proceed to refund the amount.PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM MADE BOOTS, SHOES OR CLOTHING

Shipping outside the European Economic Community are subject to penalties by the office of destination, with different amounts in each country.
The title and risk of loss of your products will be yours at the moment of delivery of the goods.

Your right to return the products

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of style you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you. PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM MADE BOOTS, SHOES OR CLOTHING. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF DEEMED FAULTY.

The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
New Rock shoes not allow returns of custom manufacturing or similar products.

Product warranty

The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:

  • Send a photo of the defective product to sales@newrockworldwide.com
  • Indicate the product defect
  • Indicate the order number and date
